JORGE ROSSELL GRANADOS


Jorge has an outstanding career of more than 27 years in the global banking and financial industry. Prior to his current role as Founder & CEO of Lynx, Jorge played a key role as head of Grupo Santander's International Global Private Banking, overseeing assets under management of more than USD 50 billion and 800 employees in the US, Switzerland and Bahamas. Previously, Jorge served for almost 12 years as Chairman & CEO of TotalBank, a commercial bank based in Miami subsidiary of the Banco Popular Group, with USD 3 billion in assets and almost 300 employees.

Before his time in the US, Jorge held important positions in the Banco Popular Group in Spain, as Deputy General Director and member of the Management Committee, including the Group's Wholesale Banking Division and director of Popular de Participaciones Financieras, SCR. He has been an active member of various organizations and councils in Florida, Mexico and Spain. Jorge has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and has various postgraduate programs at IESE and ESADE Business School.



ERNESTO DEL RÍO SAN SEBASTIÁN


Ernesto is an experienced professional with more than 23 years as an Investment Advisor. In his extensive professional career, his ability to provide financial advice on both sides of the Atlantic stands out, being a holder of the “European Financial Planner” and “Series 65” Licenses. Ernesto spent the first part of his professional career in Europe, managing portfolios of Latin American clients in Luxembourg and Spain, working for Kredietbank Luxembourg, HSBC and Banco Santander.

In 2011, he moved to Miami to serve his international clientele at Banco Santander International and Credit Agricole Indosuez. In 2021 he made the leap to the world of independent advice, and then became a partner at Lynx Advisory Partners in 2023. Ernesto is a professional with proven success in the management and growth of the assets he advises. His numbers have shown solid growth in every project he has undertaken. Ernesto has a degree in Industrial Sociology from the University of Deusto in Spain; a Master in International Financial Management from the Nancy II University in France; and Master in Portfolio Management and Analysis from the Institut Financier et Bancaire de Luxembourg (IFBL).



CARLOS MALDONADO OLIVARES


Carlos is a respected independent financial advisor with more than 28 years of experience in the global financial sector, where he has left a significant mark in international private banking. Currently he co-leads as a partner and independent advisor in Mexico City, the Lynx Advisory Partners project, offering tailored investment solutions without conflicts of interest. With a rich and extensive professional career, in his previous stage Carlos held the position of Executive Director of Private Banking at Grupo Financiero Banorte, where he not only managed relationships with high-net-worth clients locally and internationally, but also led the creation of a value proposition focused on the Ultra High Net Worth segment.

His experience includes prominent roles at renowned financial institutions such as UBS, HSBC Private Bank Suisse, and Santander Private Bank Suisse in Geneva, Switzerland. With a Master's Degree in Finance from Universidad Anáhuac and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana, Carlos has established his reputation as a trusted financial advisor. Additionally, his versatility is reflected in his ability to coordinate teams, establish strategic alliances, and lead key initiatives at various stages of his career.



MIGUEL GONZÁLEZ DE CASTILLA


Miguel González de Castilla has an outstanding career of more than 18 years in private banking and has played an integral role in financial advisory and asset management for prominent Mexican families and institutions. After obtaining his MBA from Boston University, he began his career at UBS in New York, where he dedicated himself to wealth management for 8 years. He subsequently expanded his experience at Citibank, also in New York, for 4 years, before returning to UBS in Mexico City as a private banker for 3 years.

In 2022, guided by his vision of offering top-level independent advisory services, he joined an independent firm in Miami, and later joined the Lynx Advisory Partners team as a partner and independent financial advisor. His ongoing commitment to excellence and deep knowledge of the financial market have consolidated Miguel's reputation as a trusted independent advisor, committed and aligned with the financial success and well-being of his clients.



ANTONIO JOSE PAZ REY


Anton is an accomplished financial consultant and manager with more than 26 years of experience in international banking. His career includes prominent roles in the Banco Pastor Group in Spain and Argentina. Anton led the representative office of Banco Pastor and Banco Popular Español in Buenos Aires, serving as Director of the office, and actively managing all clients in Argentina and Uruguay.

Since 2018, Anton has independently advised various Argentine and Spanish families and institutions on international wealth and investment management. Currently, he is part of the Lynx Advisory Partners team, where he continues to stand out as a financial advisor specialized in Argentina. Antonio is also a dedicated father to Victoria and Santiago, skillfully balancing his successful career with his family commitment. MATÍAS MARTÍNEZ PÉREZ


Matías has built an impressive career spanning over 31 years in the banking industry, with 11 years in Spain and 20 in Mexico. His career began at Caja de Ahorros de Asturias, where he rose through the ranks from branch-level roles to managing the Buenavista branch in Oviedo.
